With 17 years of training under her belt, Makayla has had experience with just about every style of dance. She began dancing at the ripe age of three, taking classes in technical skills in dance such as ballet, tap and jazz. The young dancer continued this path for the next thirteen years, actively competing in dance competitions while attending Orange County School of the Arts. Makayla knew that she wanted to pursue a career in dance at a very young age. In 2018 when she graduated, she moved straight to Los Angeles bringing her passion for the art with her.

Makayla's currently a professional dancer and budding choreographer based out of Los Angeles, California. At only 21 years old, Makayla holds an impressive resume with almost two decades of experience and in recent years being trained and mentored under some of the industry’s most prestigious and famed choreographers such as, Marty Kudelka, Nika Kljun, Diana Matos, Lindsay Ducos, Natalie Gilmore, Misha Gabriel and Kenny Wormald.

Makayla is signed under Bloc Talent Agency with experience that includes live performances, music videos, commercials, film and print work.
